We will also have bibs available on race morning at the start line, however, with very limited time on the morning, we strongly encourage all runners to collect their bibs ahead of race day.
If you are unable to make bib collection at either of these locations, bib postage is available.

Bag Drop is available for ULTRA runners.
Bags can be accessed at Aid Station 2 in Milson Park, North Sydney or at the Finish Line.
Ultra participants are allowed one (1) cooler bag which they can mark to go to their preferred location. Bags larger than a standard cooler bag will not be accepted for this service and runners are encouraged to use a support crew if they require more personal items.
Drop Off Options:
1) Bondi on Friday 24 October 2025 12:00 - 18:00
Pre-printed label will be available at Bib Collection in the High Tide Room of Bondi Pavilion. Once attached, you will then exit the Pavilion and bring your bag(s) to the baggage truck parked in Bondi Beach parking on Queen Elizabeth Drive.
2) Bondi start line on Saturday 25th October 2025, between 04:30 - 06:00.
Bags will need to be dropped off directly to the baggage truck parked in Bondi Beach Parking on Queen Elizabeth Drive.
Please ensure the pre-printed label is fully completed and attached to your bag before bringing it to the bag drop.
The bag label asks for the following:
WAVE
BIB NUMBER
NAME
PHONE NUMBER
LOCATION - AS 2 (Milson Park) or FINISH LINE ONLY
On the Day:
FOR AS 2 (Milson Park) bags - bags will be delivered to Aid Station 2 in time for your arrival .
Bags will be organised based on your wave and bib number.
Once you have finished with your bag, please follow volunteer instructions to place them in the baggage boxes behind each row of bags.
They will then be taken to the finish line for collection. If you forget to collect your bag from the finish line, we will contact you with instructions to collect your belongings after the event day.

The Pre-race Briefing is mandatory for all ULTRA runners.
It will be held online on Wednesday 22 October 2025 from 5:30-6:30pm.

Bib Postage
Bib postage is only available for individual runners (no team postage).

Waves will be released from 05:00.
Departing Bondi Beach, on the beach side of the Bondi Pavilion.

Please note, this kit is mandatory for a reason, as advised by our medical team. This is for your safety. All mandatory kit will be checked at the finish line and a 10-minute penalty will be added per item not held by participants. This penalty will be added to the finishers' time.
With the earlier start time, all ULTRA runners are required to carry headtorches. Shortly after the start the course goes through Bondi Golf Club and runners need to be able to safely navigate the cliffside route.
Your headtorch can then be dropped off at Aid Station 2 and then collected at the finish. Please ensure all head torches are labelled clearly with both name and bib number.

There are four Aid Stations on course at 20km, 40km, 60km and 70km. There are also three Water Stations at 10m, 30km and 50km (the third water station will also have electrolytes available.
