Friday 24 October 2025, 12pm to 6pm, High Tide Room, Bondi Pavilion, Bondi
To collect any friends bibs, you will need their race confirmation email. If you collect a friends bib, it is your responsibility to distribute them prior to the race.

Bibs will be available on race morning at the start of each leg, however with very limited time on the morning, we strongly encourage all runners to collect their bibs ahead of race day.
If you need to collect your bib on race day:
Leg 1 runner - please see the registration desk at the start venue in Bondi.
Leg 2 runner - please head directly to the registration desk at the start of your allocated leg at least 1 hour before your team member is expected to arrive.
Bag Drop will be available at Bib Collection (and race day morning).
Bag Drop services are offered to ULTRA and 40km RELAY participants so they can access personal hydration and spare/clean clothes at Aid Station 2 (approx. 40km) and the finish line.
Each participant is limited to 1 x acceptable-sized bag (ie. square shopping bag) at each location (2 bags in total).
Each bag should be clearly labeled using the pre-printed labels available at Bib Collection
